Geoffrey J. Eiten is a Massachusetts-based penny stock promoter who, through his firm National Financial Communications Corp. (NFC), published promotional materials known as the “OTC Special Situations Reports.” The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filed civil charges against Eiten and NFC in December 2011, alleging material misrepresentations in penny stock publications, and a final judgment was entered on October 7–8, 2014 ordering Eiten to pay $727,029.
